What happened in February
Median single-family home prices in Seattle ticked up 3.8% month-over-month, with buyer demand outpacing inventory for the fourth consecutive week. Homes are selling an average of 6 days faster than in January.
Queen Anne and Ballard remain the most competitive neighborhoods, while Ravenna showed the biggest gains for buyers willing to move quickly.
