About the company

    SphereSync

SphereSync is the trading name of Real Estate on Purpose, which provides professional support services to licensed real estate agents. It is not a real estate brokerage. The work it takes on is the part of an agent’s business that sits underneath production: outreach, marketing, client communication, and the weekly structure that keeps all three moving.

    SphereSync

Agents work with the company in one of three ways.

    • SphereSync™. Software that turns an agent’s existing database into a consistent relationship rhythm.
    • Done-With-You Growth Support. Guidance and accountability while the agent implements the systems themselves.
    • Full-Service Marketing & Business Support. The marketing and business support work handled on the agent’s behalf.

    What SphereSync is

SphereSync is the software Real Estate on Purpose builds. It reads an agent’s own database and hands back a weekly call and text list, keeps a pipeline of open opportunities, sends newsletters and monthly market reports in the agent’s name, plans client events, and tracks calls, conversations, appointments, and closings on a scoreboard the agent takes into a weekly check-in. Contact numbers are run against the Do Not Call registry every 31 days (that is help, not legal advice). It is sold on its own, with no coaching program required. See how SphereSync works.

What the company believes about growth

The sphere comes first. The people who already know an agent, past clients, neighbors, friends, and referral sources, are the most dependable source of the next transaction. The benchmark the company works from is one transaction per year for every six people an agent stays in real contact with, which makes the size of an agent’s attention, not the size of their ad budget, the number that matters most. That estimate is directional, and it is no promise of income. Agents can run it against their own list with the 60-Second Sphere Score.

The cadence is weekly, not seasonal. Effort is rarely what an agent is short on. Structure is. So everything the company builds resolves to a week: a finite list of people to reach out to, a reason for each one, and a set of numbers at the end of it that a coaching conversation can start from. A rhythm an agent can hold through a busy season is worth more than a push they abandon in one.

The tool has to be simpler than the habit it replaces. The audience is agents who chose this work because they are good with people, not because they enjoy software. Anything that needs to be maintained will eventually be abandoned, so the product does the work rather than asking to be fed.
