Real Estate on Purpose, doing business as SphereSync™, provides software and informational tools for real estate professionals. SphereSync™ is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers, arrange property transactions or create an agency relationship.

Your professional services must be provided through the appropriate licensed framework. You remain responsible for your brokerage’s requirements and applicable law.

Sloane and professional judgment

Sloane helps organize context and prepare suggestions, drafts and next steps. AI-generated work can contain errors or omit important details. Check the facts, wording, permissions and proposed actions before relying on them.

SphereSync™ and Sloane do not provide legal, tax, financial, appraisal or other regulated professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when a decision requires it.

DNC screening and outreach

DNC screening is only for your existing database of contacts with whom you have an existing relationship. Cold lists are prohibited. This restriction is required by our agreement with our DNC provider. Adding a number to your database does not make it eligible for screening. See the DNC eligibility rules.

DNC screening provides information about phone numbers in your database to help you make informed decisions. It does not establish consent, grant permission to call or text, or guarantee compliance.

You remain responsible for applicable calling and texting rules, consent, internal do-not-call lists, opt-out requests and any stricter state or brokerage requirements. A number’s registry status alone does not determine whether a communication is lawful.

Examples and results

Website demonstrations, mockups and example scenarios show how features can be used. They may use fictional people, records or events. They are not reports of actual customer activity unless expressly identified as such.

Strategies, calculators and plan estimates depend on their inputs and assumptions. SphereSync™ does not guarantee a particular number of conversations, clients, closings, income or other business results. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

Information and connected services

Business and market information may be incomplete or out of date. Verify important details with the original source. Information shown in SphereSync™ is not a formal appraisal or a substitute for professional due diligence.

Connected providers and external websites have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. Features can depend on their permissions and services; a link or integration is not a guarantee of their content or performance.

Fair housing and responsible use

You are responsible for reviewing content and actions for applicable fair housing and nondiscrimination requirements. Do not use SphereSync™ to support unlawful discrimination or other unlawful practices. Sloane’s suggestions do not replace that review.

Availability and data

Technology tools are provided “as is,” subject to the applicable terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free information. Keep appropriate copies of important records and use the account and access controls available to you.
