    Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and related informational services of Real Estate on Purpose, doing business as SphereSync™ ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use those services. Platform membership is governed by the accepted platform terms described below.

    Fair use and DNC eligibility

    AI features, email sending, imports and related services are subject to our Fair Use Policy and applicable plan or provider restrictions. Use the platform for your own relationship-based business. Spam, prohibited contact lists and attempts to bypass usage controls are not permitted.

    DNC screening is only for your existing database of contacts with whom you have an existing relationship. Cold lists are prohibited. This restriction is required by our agreement with our DNC provider. Adding a number to your database does not make it eligible for screening.

    Do not submit purchased, rented, scraped or cold prospecting lists for screening. We may request verification of a list’s source and restrict affected features while reviewing misuse, as described in the policy and applicable platform terms. Screening does not establish consent or permission to call or text.

    Membership and billing

    For a platform account, the Terms and Conditions accepted in the platform, the checkout terms and any applicable order govern your paid membership. Read those terms before starting a paid subscription.

    Our launch offer is $179 per month or $1,788 per year, billed annually. You can meet Sloane and explore a strategy before choosing a membership. Any trial, taxes, usage charges or special offer conditions must be stated in the checkout or applicable order; this page does not promise a particular free-trial length.

    Under the platform terms, paid subscriptions renew automatically unless otherwise stated in an order. Cancel future renewals through the cancellation process provided in the service or contact our team for assistance. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in the applicable terms.

    Description of Services

    SphereSync™ provides:

    • A hosted CRM for relationship-based real estate businesses
    • Contact records, relationship notes, tasks and pipeline tools
    • AI assistance from Sloane for preparing suggestions, drafts and next steps
    • Newsletter, client event and Google review tools
    • Do Not Call screening information to support informed outreach decisions

    Messaging Terms (SMS)

    SphereSync™ is the trading name of Real Estate on Purpose.

    By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from SphereSync™ related to your trial, account, and setup reminders.

    Message frequency varies.

    Message and data rates may apply.

    Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and truthful information
    • Use our services only for lawful purposes
    • Respect intellectual property rights
    • Not interfere with or disrupt our services
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
    • Have the rights and permissions needed to upload contact information and use connected services
    • Review Sloane’s suggestions and generated work before relying on them or approving outreach

    Prohibited Activities

    You may not:

    • Use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
    • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
    • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content
    • Use automated systems to access our services without permission

    Professional Relationship

    SphereSync™ provides software and informational tools. It is not a real estate brokerage and does not create an agency relationship between you and SphereSync™.

    You remain responsible for your professional services, reviewing AI-generated work and complying with applicable laws. DNC screening does not establish consent or guarantee that outreach is lawful.

    Intellectual Property

    The software, website content, trademarks and logos we provide are owned by SphereSync™ or our licensors. This does not include the customer data you provide. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without written permission.

    You retain ownership of the contact records, notes and other customer data you provide. You authorize us to process that data as needed to provide, secure, maintain and support the service, as described in our privacy policy.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, SphereSync™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

    Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SphereSync™ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    Service Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically.

    Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    You may stop using the website at any time. Stopping use of the platform does not itself cancel a paid subscription. To stop future renewals, follow the service’s cancellation process or contact our team. Account closure and data handling are subject to the applicable platform terms and privacy policy.

    Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
