What does the membership cost?
SphereSync™ is $179 per month or $1,788 per year, billed annually. Sloane is included with either option. Annual billing saves $360 compared with twelve monthly payments.
Do I need a demo or sales call?
No. You can explore on your own. If you want help, you can contact our team.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes. Contact import is part of getting started in SphereSync™. You can meet Sloane before you have your contact file ready.
Does Sloane send messages without me?
Sloane helps prepare the work. Review your drafts, contact permissions and sending settings before anything goes out.
Are AI and email sending unlimited?
They are included for ordinary relationship-based business use under our Fair Use Policy. This policy sets no fixed monthly cap; applicable plan limits, provider restrictions and anti-abuse controls still apply.
Can I screen a purchased or cold list?
No. Our DNC provider agreement limits screening to your existing database and relationships. Adding a cold list to your CRM does not make it eligible.
Are roadmap ideas included?
The membership covers the current SphereSync™ experience. Ideas on the roadmap may change; availability and any pricing will be confirmed if they are released.
