Introduction

Real Estate on Purpose, doing business as SphereSync™ ("we," "our," or "us"), provides software for relationship-based businesses. This policy explains how we handle information across our website, the SphereSync™ platform and Sloane.

It covers both information about you as a visitor or member and information you choose to put in your workspace.

Your data and our role

You retain ownership of the contacts, relationship notes and other customer data you provide. We process that information to deliver, secure, maintain and support the service. We do not sell your contacts or relationship notes.

For the customer data in your workspace, your business generally determines why it is collected and how it is used. SphereSync™ processes it on your behalf. For our own account administration, billing, security, support and website marketing, we determine how information is used as described here.

You are responsible for having the rights, notices and permissions needed to share other people’s information with the platform.

Sloane and connected services

When you talk to Sloane, your message and relevant business or contact context may be sent to AI service providers to prepare a response, draft or next step. Voice features may also require audio transcription. Conversation history and resulting records may be stored in your workspace.

When you connect another service, information is processed according to the feature you enable, the permissions you grant and that provider’s terms. Only connect accounts and share information you are authorized to use.

AI providers have their own processing and retention settings. This policy does not promise zero retention across every provider. Contact our team if your business needs specific provider, training or retention commitments before you share sensitive information.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for measurement, Microsoft Clarity for understanding website interactions, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These tools may receive device, usage and interaction information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

We also store a first-party visitor identifier and campaign or referral information in your browser’s local storage. Forms can include that attribution information with your submission so we know where an inquiry came from.

Browser settings, extensions and the providers’ privacy controls can limit some tracking. Clearing cookies alone may not remove local-storage identifiers. Contact us about privacy choices; not every browser setting blocks every measurement tool.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law and your relationship with SphereSync™, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or opt out of marketing.

Email info@spheresync.com with your request and how we can reach you. Please do not send passwords or a full contact database in your initial message. We may need to verify your identity and authority over an account.

For information controlled by one of our business customers, we may direct you to that business and assist it as required. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails; necessary account, security and billing notices may still be sent.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act apply, California residents may have rights to know about, access, correct or delete personal information; opt out of its sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal treatment for exercising their rights.

Contact info@spheresync.com to make a request. We may verify the requester’s identity and, when needed, an authorized agent’s authority. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and the information involved.

Retention and account closure

We retain information for the service, support, billing, security and legal purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations.

The platform terms describe an offboarding period of up to 45 days after cancellation, termination or expiration for customer data, subject to applicable order terms, backup retention, audit logs, billing records and legal obligations. Deletion is not necessarily immediate across every system. Contact us about export or deletion before closing an account.

Data Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Supabase, our database provider, publishes encryption controls for data in transit and at rest. Account permissions help restrict access to workspace records.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your sign-in credentials, manage authorized users and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Our Transparency page explains our approach in more detail.

Where information is processed

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Applicable platform terms or a separately agreed data processing addendum may address additional requirements. Contact us if your organization has specific data-location or transfer requirements.

Children’s privacy

SphereSync™ is intended for businesses and professional users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services, practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version with a fixed revision date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in the platform, consistent with applicable law and the platform terms.
